Refund policy

Standard sizes in NEW condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase. If you are exchanging, you may place a new order for a different size and return the original shorts with a copy of your receipt. You will be refunded when the shorts are received. Custom sizes are NOT RETURNABLE.  Please return the unused Hip Helpers to us at 2005 Echo Cove, Virginia Beach, VA 23454 and include a copy of your receipt so that we can link it to your order for an exchange or refund.
